woah. just witnessed the scene of terrible accident.
nt sure what happened exactly but the traffic junction near amkhub was SUPER DUPER jammed when i was returning amk today.
its like, jam from the comfort taxi building there.
took like ~1hour to reach amk cos we were stuck in e jam for like >1hour i think?
in e end stopped opp my norm busstop n walked to amkhub.
*to add on to the humour, i was betting wit elise what was the reason behind the jam.
she was guessed its prob due to peak hour but i was pretty sure theres an accident cos u cant possibly be stuck at the same position even aft like 4 or 5 green light rites? LOL.
anw e accident goes sth like this:
a pte bus n an unloaded lorry (long heavy type) collided at ~6pm.
dunoe who knock who.
but i think its like the lorry was turning right n e bus heading straight then they just collide yahh?
then the bus glass windscreen all shattered.
n e lorry left side at the front dented in pretty badly.
think the gas tank also burst/leaked cos all the oil leak n spread to the whole junction.
mini fire engines came to wash away the oil.
ambulance came cos there were casualties on the bus n i think bus driver could be injured too.
lotsa traffic police called in to control traffic.
all vehicles from ave 6 had to turn right cos the front towards marymount was totally blocked by the 2 damaged vehicles.
the buses (852,13,851) which were meant to go straight had to turn left n take an alternative route.
roads were jammed along marymount there? starting from comfort taxi building ard there n all e way cos the accident junction only allowed one working lane (2/3 lanes were blocked cos of the shattered glass n the lorry still left there).
the ave3 stretch outside amkhub also jammed cos only 1/2 working lanes cos the damaged bus blocked the road.
n at e 2 jammed roads, its like u see 1 whole stretch of buses one aft another cos they all got stuck there.
yupps.

anw the whole damn thng cleared ard 8.30pm when i was waiting for my bus home.
vehicles shifted out of e way. glass cleared. oil washed. etc.
there were still some policemen lurking ard but yah.
traffic was put back in order.
woah wat an eyeopener :/
hah i think today's qt a happening day.
gp econs tutorial norm lah.
but maths lec wasted like 20mins cos the projector was screwed up,
n ct was pretty fun n interesting,
n the whole big dumb irritating n damned thng abt class bench arrangement,
n some other stuff...,
n i went for huang cheng FINALLY.
n yeah... looking at the scene of accident.
